Data deletion instructions

DriveMate users can delete their account and associated personal data directly from the app. Facebook users are not required to contact Meta separately.
How to delete your data
- 1Sign in to your DriveMate account.
- 2Open Profile.
- 3In the Danger Zone section, choose Delete Account.
- 4Type DELETE to confirm the removal request.
- 5After confirmation, the account and account-bound data are permanently removed from the active service.
If you cannot access the account
Send a deletion request from your account email address to info@drivemate.hu and include that the request concerns DriveMate account deletion.
What is deleted
- Account profile data
- Linked social-login association records
- Vehicles, licenses, documents, maintenance records, alerts, and account-bound buyer-search history
- Active session and refresh-token records
What may be retained
We may retain limited records when required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, billing, or security obligations. Those records are kept only for the required retention period.
